Lavanya Amirthalingam completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2020 at the University of Western Ontario and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Co-op at the University of Waterloo in 2018. Lavanya is fascinated by the resiliency of the human body and is dedicated to approaching care through a holistic lens. She has a passion for pelvic health and is committed to providing her patients with the right tools to help regain control of their body and improve their quality of life.
Lavanya utilizes education, individualized exercise programs and manual therapy techniques including cupping, joint mobilizations, myofascial release and kinesio-taping to help restore optimal function and prevent re-injury. She has taken the manual orthopedic course level 1 as well as the level 1 & 2 pelvic health courses.

Kajal studied Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Gujarat University, India in 2016. She completed her internship from Civil Hospital, India where she gained experience working with Orthopedic, Neuro, Cardiac and Pediatric patients.
She moved to Canada in 2018 and did an Occupational Health and Safety Management program for 2 years. She completed her written PT license exam in 2019 and started working in the Physiotherapy field.

Ana Whelan received her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University in 1994 and her Bachelor of Education from Ottawa University in 1995. After teaching for the Toronto District School Board for 3 years, she decided to pursue her passion for Physiotherapy. In 2000, she graduated from McMaster University’s Physiotherapy program.
