Lavanya Amirthalingam completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2020 at the University of Western Ontario and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Co-op at the University of Waterloo in 2018. Lavanya is fascinated by the resiliency of the human body and is dedicated to approaching care through a holistic lens. She has a passion for pelvic health and is committed to providing her patients with the right tools to help regain control of their body and improve their quality of life.
Lavanya utilizes education, individualized exercise programs and manual therapy techniques including cupping, joint mobilizations, myofascial release and kinesio-taping to help restore optimal function and prevent re-injury.
